Shipping and Returns

In stock items will ship the next day, at times the same day, if not shipped on schedule a notification will be sent.

Out of stock and/or Custom product orders will ship within 7 to 35 days depending upon manufacturer requirements. All custom order sales are final upon receipt funding from the customert.

Your billing and shipping addresses much match.

Inda-Gro products ship via FedEx in the US, otherwise World Wide they ship by USPS.
The Flower Initiator, Deep Blue Boosters, E-Effect 50 Deep Red Boosters, Low Wattage Flood lamps all ship by USPS everywhere.  We select the form of shipping used we determine the best shipping method for the product. We reserve the right to determine if a refund is applicable, to a specific purchase, we are fair.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Your billing and shiping adresses must match.

Shipping to some international locations is very costly, such as Australia. If the quoted price is too high, contact for a special quote, we will try to find a less costly solution, if possible.

The customer shall be responsible for all local Duties, Taxes and or Fees due and will be required to interact with customs authorities as required as per transaction.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are Weight and Dimension based. The Specifications of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Although a particular shipping method may have been selected the product may be delivered by another shipper of our choice.

Returns Policy:

Items being returned for Warranty Service will need a RMA Number to accompany shipment. Unopened items will also require a RMA number as well.

With in stock items,you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, there is a 25% restocking fee, the return shipping costs are yours. Items will require inspection and approval of receipt prior to refunding. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
